Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Alperen Ciftlikci, the operator of AI Home Design, handles your personal data. We collect only what we need to run the service and never sell your data.
1. Data we collect
Account data: your name, e-mail address and profile picture from your sign-in provider (Google or e-mail link). Content: photos you upload, text you enter (styles, notes, chat messages) and the designs we generate for you. Usage and billing data: credit balance and history, plan, and — once paid plans are available — your billing country and payment status from our payment provider (we never see your card details). Technical data: security logs needed to prevent abuse.
2. Why we use it
To create your account and keep you signed in; to generate designs and chat replies you request; to keep your design library; to manage credits and payments; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to answer support requests. The legal bases are performance of our contract with you (which includes sending your content to our AI providers to create what you ask for), our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, and your consent for optional analytics.
3. AI processing
To create a design, an edit, a chat reply or a 3D view, we send our AI providers only what that request needs: the room photo you upload (for Magic Brush, also the area you paint), the text you enter (style choices, notes, chat messages) and, for a 3D view, the images you choose for it (a design or your own photos, up to four). We send it only to produce the result you asked for, and your text is first checked by our own filters. We do not use your content to train AI models, and the photos and design images we send are not used by our providers to train their models.
Our cloud AI provider (images and chat) does not use your content to train its models. It may cache requests and results for up to 24 hours, and it may log requests for up to 90 days solely to check them for violations of its usage policies.
Our 3D generation provider (3D views) receives only those images, labelled with an internal reference. Training on the images we send is switched off in our account with that provider; this setting covers what we send, not the 3D scenes it creates. The provider keeps the images and the 3D scene in our account; they are not deleted automatically.
In our own service, your photos, text and results stay in your account until you delete them (see section 5).
4. Service providers
We use Google Firebase and Google Cloud (authentication, database, file storage and servers, hosted in the United States (Google Cloud)), Google Analytics (only with your consent, see section 6), the AI providers listed above and, for paid plans, Dodo Payments (Dodo Payments Inc. and its group companies), our payment provider acting as merchant of record, which processes your payment and billing details. Each processes data on our behalf under data-processing terms.
5. Retention and deletion
Your photos and designs stay in your account until you delete them. Deleting a design removes its images. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, designs, chats, credit history and files. We keep only a one-way hash of your e-mail address so free trial credits cannot be claimed twice, plus records we are legally required to keep.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK), you can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Most of this is available directly in Settings; for anything else contact us at homedesigner.app@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
AI Home Design is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We will post updates on this page and notify you in the app about significant changes.
