Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Alperen Ciftlikci, a private individual who operates AI Home Design (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
1. The service
AI Home Design lets you upload photos of interiors, exteriors and gardens and generate AI-edited versions of them, chat with an AI design assistant and create 360° panoramas. Results are generated automatically and are visual concepts for inspiration only — they are not architectural, engineering or construction advice.
2. Your account
You need an account to generate designs. You must be at least 16 years old, give accurate information and keep access to your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person may claim the free trial credits only once.
3. Credits and plans
Generations are paid for with credits. One credit covers one image generation; 3D panoramas use separate 3D credits. Credits are deducted when a generation starts and refunded automatically if it fails. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period.
4. Acceptable use
Only upload images you own or have permission to use. Do not upload images of people without their consent, and do not use the service to create sexual or violent content, deceptive images of real people, deepfakes, or content that infringes trademarks, copyrights or another person's rights. Do not attempt to circumvent credit limits, safety filters or security measures. We may block requests that violate these rules.
5. Your content and results
You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the service to you. Subject to these terms and the rights of third parties, you may use the images you generate for personal purposes; paid plans also allow commercial use. If you publish virtually staged images in a property listing, you must disclose that they were virtually staged.
6. AI limitations
AI output can be inaccurate: proportions, materials, colors and details may differ from what is buildable or available. Always verify measurements, structural changes, permits and safety with qualified professionals before acting on a design.
7. Payments
Paid plans and credit packs are sold through our online reseller Dodo Payments (Dodo Payments Inc. and its group companies), which acts as our merchant of record and authorized reseller: you buy from Dodo Payments under its Buyer Terms (dodopayments.com/legal/buyer-terms), and Dodo Payments handles payment, invoicing, applicable taxes and payment-related customer service, including refunds. Prices are shown before you buy and include applicable taxes; receipts and invoices are sent by e-mail. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel at least 48 hours before the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
8. Suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When an account is deleted, its designs and data are deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
